Ian Harkness

Operations Manager

Ian joined RDA in April 2025 after a long career in not-for-profit management roles, mainly in sporting organisations.  Ian is classified as a Territorian having spent most of his life in Darwin though spent a significant period between 1986 and 2010 in WA and NSW with his career.

Natasha Screpante

Level 1 Coach · Coach Educator · Horse Manager

Originally from Italy, Natasha brings extensive experience as an RDA volunteer and accredited coach. Her passion for empowering riders through equestrian education is matched by her warm sense of humour and dedication to mentoring both horses and volunteers.

Daisy Burgoyne

Level 1 Coach

Full of energy and commitment, Daisy also started as a volunteer in 2021. She successfully completed her coaching training in 2023 and brings enthusiasm to every session.

Anna Nguyen

Volunteer and Programs Administrator

Anna brings a strong background in health sciences and community support to RDA Top End. Currently studying a Master of Occupational Therapy at Charles Darwin University, she is passionate about creating inclusive and empowering opportunities for people of all abilities. With experience as an NDIS support coordinator for 3 years, Anna thrives on building positive relationships with volunteers, riders and families, ensuring programs run smoothly and with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Outside of RDA, she enjoys exploring the NT, staying active, and connecting with the local community.

Julie Bliss

Caretaker

Julie has long been part of the RDA Top End family as a volunteer and officially took on the caretaker role in 2022. Her love for horses and commitment to their wellbeing ensures our centre remains a safe and nurturing place for all.
